For three years I was the Application Developer behind Mobile County Public Schools’ Travel Reimbursement & Voucher Automation Suite, a production Power Platform system serving 92 schools and 7,200 staff.
Scope
- Architected multi-stage workflows: estimate submission, GL processing, audit tracking, and final approval.
- Designed a scalable SharePoint schema for financial tracking, mileage logic, and correction auditing.
- Built multi-level approval routing with dynamic email notifications and escalation.
- Implemented role-based security scoped by cost center and O365 directory attributes.
- Automated HTML-to-PDF generation for archival and compliance.
- Also delivered a Student Discipline Referral system, asset-lifecycle tracking, and Power BI dashboards over SharePoint + SQL.
